perfect location and in-room laundry!

this location was amazing! i loved its proximity to tsukiji market and many restaurants, i found so many stores nearby too. the in-room washer and dryer was a lifesaver.. it made packing so much easier. the train station was a short, easy walk from the hotel, which i really appreciated.

the shower faucet had a slight leak that sprayed a bit. more space for luggage would be awesome.

my room included a convenient chair and table. i was so happy the room was a nice size.. it never felt cramped. the washing machine and dryer worked great.

i appreciated the washer and dryer in the room, this reduced the amount of clothes needed for my trip. the location suited me as it was close to tsukiji fish market with fresh food stalls available every morning. the staff was so friendly and helpful, i would love to stay again. the hotel location is great, very close to the street market, it was very handy.

the bathroom got quite hot because of no air conditioning vents, this was a little uncomfortable for me. opening the door helped, but sometimes i wanted privacy.

the room featured a mini refrigerator and freezer, alongside a hot plate and tea kettle, so it was easy to prepare simple meals. there was also a set of dishes and a washer-dryer for clothes.

the room was spacious with nice amenities. it was very convenient to have a washing MACHINE in the room. i was allowed to leave my luggage with the staff before check-in. the location is excellent and very close to tsukiji market.

the hotel doesn't do cleaning if you stay less than seven days. they only remove the garbage and change towels once. extra requests COST additional fees. the bathroom became too hot because there is no air conditioning vent inside.
